Inspiring and empowering young people with vision loss to thrive and excel.

Team See Possibilities supports high-achieving college students who are blind through leadership development, mentorship, financial support, and a strong community of peers to become confident leaders and role models for future generations.

TSP Scholars Program

A national program where blind college students grow, lead, and thrive. Each year, we support 20-30 high-achieving students to foster both personal and professional growth through:

  • Leadership Development: Skill-building workshops and real leadership roles through our Student Leadership Council.
  • Mentorship: Guidance, career insight, and connections from experienced blind and sighted professionals across industries.
  • Scholarships: Awards up to $5,000 that reduce financial burdens and allow students to focus on growth and achievement.
  • Community: A peer-led environment where students connect, support each other, and build lifelong networks.

Hear From Our Community

"The TSP Scholars program was much more than just a scholarship program. Not only did I receive funds to support my college education, but I also benefited from valuable coaching and mentorship through monthly calls and resources provided by Dan and the other TSP Scholars."

Matthew Turner

TSP Alumni Scholar

"If I could describe TSP in one word, that would be Community - TSP is a group of individuals who come together to learn from each other to make their own lives and those of their peers better."

Jack Freeburg

Junior at University of Notre Dame

"One of the most meaningful parts of TSP has been hearing from our guest speakers about their amazing careers. Getting to hear how a professional artist, athlete, lawyer, and so many others do their jobs while blind is incredibly inspiring, and it's only affirmed that there are truly no careers off limits.”
